Today we would go to the World Heritage city, Salzburg, Austria. About two hours by car from Munich. We arrived there about 12pm. There was a cable car tour to Festung Hohensalzburg, the castle uphill. I always had a difficult time when I had to go to the toilet during the trip in Europe because not many public cleaned toilets as in Japan. But there was a toilet at the entrance of  the cable car station here which was very clean and free of charge so no need to worry about toilet if you were in this town.

After we came down from the uphill castle, we went to visit the birthplace of Mozart, a very modest apartment. In the square of Hohensalzburg castle, it happened to have a classical music concert for New Year night which was a surprise for us and we were so glad we picked today for the trip.  There was a guy dressed as Mozart be a conductor too and it was very fun!
